If you have set up your proxy and still can not connect to the internet with the software, check to see if your anti-virus software has auto-blocking enabled. If it has this feature make sure you create a rule to allow the submission software to connect to the internet. If for some reason you are sure you have everything correct and still can not connect contact your ISP to see if they have any blocking system in place that requires permissions to be set. (Yes this has happened but very rare).

The most common proxy servers or firewalls will not require a username and password if that is the case, you can just leave these fields blank.

Click on the apply button to save once you have the desired settings.
